Sania Mirza hilariously trolls Yuvraj Singh's 'chikna chamela' look
Both are very good friends and the recent banter proved it again.
Yuvraj Singh retired from all forms of the game earlier this year. He went on to play the Global T20 League in Canada and is now enjoying a well-deserved break. In his post-retirement life, the southpaw is more often than not active on social media and stays involved in a hilarious banters with the Indian cricketers. This time around, the Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza has caught Yuvi off-guard by trolling him hilariously.
The former Indian cricketer posted his picture on his official Instagram account on Saturday in which he had sported a new look. Yuvraj’s clean shave look led to a lot of funny comments and Yuvraj’s pouted face in the selfie also left many in splits.
Yuvraj captioned the picture asking his followers if he should bring back the beard and also asked them about his ‘chikna chamela’ look. “New look chikna chamela !! or should I bring back the beard,” the caption read.
Here’s the post:
Bring the beard back
Sania Mirza, the Tennis star and the wife of Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik, saw Yuvraj Singh’s post and didn’t let the chance of trolling him go waste. She hilariously asked him if the pouted face he made was to hide his chin and also advised the left-hander to bring the beard back. “Are you pouting to hide the chin under the chin we spoke bout ???? Bring the beard back,’ Sania’s comment read.
Here’s her comment:
As far as Yuvraj Singh’s recent comments in the media are concerned, he has backed Rohit Sharma to come good while opening in Test cricket. Rather he was of the opinion that India’s limited-overs vice-captain should’ve opened the innings in the whites at the start of his career itself. However, Rohit failed to even get off the mark in the practice game against South Africa.
He got out to Vernon Philander to bag a second-ball duck which has raised a lot of eyebrows. Many also feel that India should’ve picked a specialist opener instead of making Rohit open for the South Africa Tests.
