Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar celebrated his 22nd birthday on September 24. On the occasion, Sara, his elder sibling, took to her Instagram stories to wish her brother with a video and picture from their childhood.
Sara can be seen embracing “her favourite person”, a new-born Arjun in the unseen, old video, while her next story shows both of them atop a swing in a playground, with “Love you big much” written above as caption.
Arjun, who represents Mumbai in domestic cricket, is currently a part of the Mumbai Indians setup after being brought for his base price of INR 20 lakhs in the IPL auctions earlier this year. However, the 22-year-old is yet to make his IPL debut.

Speaking of this edition of the tournament, it was marred by the Covid-19 pandemic in May this year due to a spate of Covid-19 cases emerging inside the bio-secure environment made for the teams, and was subsequently postponed before resuming in the UAE for completing the 31 remaining matches.
The tournament has not been away from Covid-scare in the emirates either, with Sunrisers Hyderabad pacer T Natarajan contracting with the virus, although the setback did not trouble the tournament, which is understood to continue as per its original schedule.
Five-time champions and in with a chance to record a hat-trick of IPL wins, the Mumbai Indians have made far from an ideal start in the UAE leg, as they lost to arch-rivals Chennai Super Kings by 20 runs on their season resumption before being handed a seven-wicket defeat in Abu Dhabi by Kolkata Knight Riders.
As a result, Mumbai Indians, who resumed the edition as the fourth-placed team on the table, have slipped to the sixth spot, with eight points in nine games. Incidentally, the Mumbai team was one of the earliest to reach to the United Arab Emirates, as they touched down in early September before starting their training and practice.
Their remaining league fixtures are against Royal Challengers Bangalore (September 26), Punjab Kings (September 28), Delhi Capitals (October 2), Rajasthan Royals (October 5) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (October 8).
