Quinton de Kock has been a revelation for South Africa in all formats of the game. While he has been efficient with his glove-work behind the wickets, he has also been a tremendous batsman. However, barring his cricketing know-hows, the wicketkeeper-batsman is also popular for his physical appearance and attributes.
He has the most innocent face among his male counterparts in international cricket. Such is his innocence that it makes us forget how brutal a batsman he can be with the bat in hand. The Johannesburg born cricketer was a butt of ‘baby-faced’ jokes on the social media when he forayed into international cricket for the Proteas.
Memes surrounding his looks and his surname flooded the internet when he made his first appearance in international cricket and he became a popular face more for the non-cricketing reasons. Quite recently, English woman keeper Sarah Taylor also cracked a joke on Quinton on social media. She took to Twitter and revealed the way de Kock would look like if he dresses as a woman.

Apart from looks, Taylor also resembles de Kock in cricketing traits. Like QDK, Taylor has also been a dexterous wicketkeeper and a prolific run-scorer for the English Women’s cricket team. She was a part of the national team when England lifted the Women’s World Cup 2017 beating India in a closely-fought contest at the Mecca of Cricket, Lord’s.
Meanwhile, Quinton de Kock is gearing up to play the third Test of India’s tour of South Africa in front of his home crowd in Johannesburg. His form was topsy-turvy in the first couple of games, but he has the ingredients to get back his touch at the Wanderers. The final Test begins on the 24th of January with South Africa looking to clean sweep the Indians with another thumping victory.
