The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is set to kick-start the much-awaited 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) from September 19 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, with the final to take place on November 10. The 13th edition of the cash-rich league was supposed to start from March 29 but was suspended indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic.

As the announcement of the tournament has been made, players and franchises have also started bracing themselves for making a comeback in the game after a long unexpected break. They have been sharing their excitement with their fans via social media.

Recently, IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore shared a collage of two pictures which features their captain Virat Kohli and king of animals lion. Interestingly, Virat is called as King Kohli by his fans and followers across the globe.

Sharing the collage, the official Twitter handle of the franchise wrote, “Spot the differences, because we are not able to.”

This tweet by RCB soon caught the attention of the Indian ace-spinner and newly engaged Yuzvendra Chahal. Giving a hilarious response to the tweet, Chahal said that the only difference he can spot in both the pictures is that the first one is wearing clothes while the second one is without the clothes.

Chahal tweeted, “Difference hmmm in first pic wearing clothes and in 2nd pic widout clothes”

Yuzvendra Chahal to make a comeback in IPL 2020

On Saturday, Chahal had surprised the world by sharing the delightful news of his engagement with YouTuber and Choreographer Dhanashree Verma. The Indian spinner had shared the pictures from the ceremony on his social media. A plethora of cricketers including the likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Shreyas Iyer and many more had extended their warm wishes to the couple for this new journey of their lives.

On the professional front, the 30-year-old was last seen in action during India tour of New Zealand in February this year before the BCCI suspended all the series and tournaments including IPL 2020 in the wake of the ongoing pandemic.

The right-arm leg-break bowler will be seen leading the bowling attack of the franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore in the cash-rich league under the leadership of Virat Kohli.
