Led by skipper Kohli, India has the perfect blend of players and can decimate any team that comes their way. The Men in Blue have illustrated a fine performance to seal the semis berth. The top order comprising of Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma and Yuvraj have all been among the run-getters for the team. The openers have consistently forged partnerships, giving the middle order the freedom to unleash their willow.
The winning streak of the Indian team is an indication of the carnage they are capable of though. The bowling unit of the Indian team looks tight as well. The likes of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, and Jasprit Bumrah, allows the captain to experiment with his bowlers which more often than not, pays off. India is one of the strongest teams in the world at the moment and they do have a great chance of defending their title if the team performs to potential.
