The personal life of Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami is in some serious turmoil at the moment. A week ago, he would not have never even thought about being charged by the police for multiple reasons. Now, he finds several bailable and non-bailable charges imposed against him. Shami’s wife, Hasin Jahan, recently made some serious allegations against him.

She accused Shami of cheating, having extra marital affair, having tried killing her, and even forcing her to share a room with his brother. Also, she posted several pics on the social media sites revealing the chats of Mohammed Shami with multiple women. While Shami has been denying all the allegations, the officials are investigating the matter.

Now, Hasin Jahan’s father has come out in the media to reveal that Shami had not been a bad guy earlier. He remarked that the Indian pacer was a good man and his behavior started worsening with time. Furthermore, he noted that Hasin Jahan tried to solve the matters herself and hence, did not come out in the media earlier.

“Hasin remained silent on the issue and never discussed it with us. A few days back she told us about her whole situation. Being a domestic matter Hasin wanted it to resolve the matter inside closed doors but Shami was not interested and his behaviour worsened. Hasin got fed up and finally did what she felt right,” quoted Mohamed Hassan, Hasin’s father.

“We have no idea about what is actually wrong between both of them in recent days. Shami and Hasin can only reveal the actual cause of their fight. Shami used to be a nice man. He used to talk less. We don’t know how things turned out in such ugly manner,” he added further as per the quotes in Times Now.

Mohammed Shami wants the investigations to get over

Meanwhile, Shami, whose BCCI central contract is also on hold now, maintained that he will not say anything until any allegations are proved. He noted that if the allegations are proved, he is ready to accept the verbal attacks. But if the allegations are not proved, he wants Hasin to answer all the questions. Also, he noted that all that he wants is to restore the peace in his family.

“I want things to patch up so that we can once again be a happy family. Investigate the allegations first and if it is proven, I am ready to accept anything and if things go the other way, then she has to give the answers. I think it would be better if we can sit and sort out things within the family,” Shami remarked.

“It is very easy to speak about anything and about anyone. So the allegations that have been put forth against me, she has to prove it also. All I want is that whatever that has been going on, whatever misunderstanding that has been going on, keep it aside and think about your family. This is all I want,” the cricketer added.
