Shane Warne offered a role in PSL as a commentator
We have approached and offered Warne to do commentary during the PSL next year: PCB official.
Renowned Channel 9 Network commentator and analyst, former legendary spinner Shane Warne, has been offered the role of commentator in the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
The upcoming edition of the PSL will also see a new team called the Multan Sultans. The highly anticipated Pakistan Super League (PSL) draft is all set to take place November 12 with top stars from all over the globe ready to go under the hammer.0
The major names in the draft are Chris Lynn and Mitchell Johnson from Australia, Dwayne Bravo for West Indies and JP Duminy from South Africa.
The draft would boast a number of new players who have agreed to take part in the third edition of Pakistan’s premier T20 tournament which would take place in the UAE, Lahore and Karachi.
The aforementioned stars will join the likes of Shoaib Malik, Brendon McCullum, Mohammad Amir, Kevin Pietersen, Hasan Ali, Darren Sammy, Shahid Afridi, Shadab Khan, Andre Russell, Shakib al Hasan, Kumar Sangakkara and many others, who have been already retained by their respective franchises.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on the other hand have offered to deal with Shane Warne to be part of the commentary team. The insights from the veteran cricketer would prove to be a major source of attraction for the upcoming edition of the league.
“We have approached and offered Warne to do commentary during the PSL next year and it will be an added attraction during the league.” claimed one of the officials of the Pakistan Cricket Board according to Wisden India. Also, the likes of Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt are also ready to go under the hammer for the next edition.
Just like the first two edition of the league, the tournament would be broadcasted on DSports.
