Shikhar Dhawan lauds Gambhir's Community Kitchen initiative

Veteran Indian opening batsman Gautam Gambhir has always been very active in his philanthropy work. He has supported various causes in the recent times. Shikhar Dhawan has often commended his efforts. Gambhir’s most recent initiative of starting a Community Kitchen has drawn a lot of praises. The initiative, started by the Gautam Gambhir Foundation (GGF), aims at serving free food to the needy.

They have their motto wherein they do not want anybody to sleep hungry. Gambhir had taken to his social media account recently to announce the same. He had expressed that he is doing it out of compassion. His warm prayers are out with all the ones who need it. He had even shared a picture of the same along with a meaningful caption.

Dhawan lauds the initiative

Shikhar Dhawan, Gambhir’s teammate and current competitor in the national side, expressed his support for the initiative. He tweeted back to Gautam Gambhir saying that the initiative is indeed very great. “We are all with you gautam bhai! It is a great initiative by #ggf @GautamGambhir,” wrote Shikhar Dhawan.

Gambhir acknowledged the well wishes of Shikhar Dhawan and responded back to the tweet. He thanked Dhawan for his wishes. He further wished back Dhawan to continue his good form with the bat and keep his hunger for it going. He indirectlyc
