Shoaib Malik wishes wife Sania Mirza on anniversary through twitter
Shoaib Malik dedicated his Man of the Match and Man of the Series awards to wife Sania Mirza on their 7th wedding anniversary
On the back of an outstanding series in the West Indies, Shoaib Malik was adjudged the Man-of-the-Series in the 3-match ODI series which was clinched by Pakistan 2-1. He helped Pakistan secure a win in the final ODI with an unbeaten century and was also the Man-of-the-Match. Malik dedicated both awards to wife Sania Mirza on the couple’s seventh wedding anniversary.
Happy anniversary @MirzaSania ?

Shoaib acknowledged the contributions of Sania when out of the team. Shoaib made a remarkable comeback to the ODI Team in 2015 and since then has managed to score 1221 runs in 31 games at an average of 58.14, including 2 centuries and 8 centuries.
His recent century in the final ODI at Guyana was a master class. After losing three wickets upfront Malik steadied the ship in the company of Mohammad Hafeez and did the repair job really well. He ended unbeaten on 101 which took his tally of the series to 163 runs and was dismissed just twice in the 3-match series. As a result of his contributions, Pakistan made light work of a tricky 234-run target and eventually won by 6 wickets with 41 balls to spare. His efforts helped Pakistan retain their 8th spot in the ICC ODI Rankings and their qualification in the 2019 ICC World Cup more or less is ensured.
Sania Mirza was touched by the gesture and immediately replied back to her hubby on the social networking site Twitter.
Yay @realshoaibmalik ????well doneeeee ? ?✅
