During David Warner’s astounding innings of 126 runs from 59 balls, he smashed the KKR bowlers out of the park with some sensational hitting. His knock included an amazing 10 boundaries and 8 maximums. However, the Kolkata Knight Riders bowling lineup refused to take it sportingly.

Last night after the match got over, some unnamed KKR bowler led the whole bowling unit to the police station. They were keen enough to register an FIR against David Warner alleging an act of public indecency. However, when the police refused to let them lodge a complaint, the bowlers were pissed.

One of the bowlers was so frustrated that he even tweeted about it to Sushma Swaraj. Being as prompt in her responses, the minister gave permission to Stuart Broad to travel to India and also upgraded him to business class seats. However, as soon as he learnt about Yuvraj Singh, he shied away from travelling here.

There were talks of a union being formed to protect the self-interests of the bowlers. One of the lead pacers who dismantled the RCB batting lineup told SH*T news, ‘It’s time to stand in solidarity and empower the bowlers and treat them with equality. David Warner needs to learn a thing from RCB batsmen on how to respect bowlers.’

The bowlers’ movement found support from all corners around the world. The likes of Jade Dernbach, Shaun Tait and Mohammed Sami extended their support to this movement. As the news about it went viral change.org witnessed various petitions being signed against batsmen like Warner, Chris Gayle, Brendon McCullum, MS Dhoni, Kieron Pollard, etc for their repeated acts of harassment over the bowlers.

So far the bowlers movement has got above 200 registrations with almost 50% being bowlers of Indian origin. When Ashok Dinda was asked to give his views, he said, ‘This is the greatest day of my life, I’m touched.’ Ishant Sharma too seemed glad about the movement, ‘So happy that I’m ready to jump from the 21st floor.’
