Smriti Mandhana, the Indian women’s cricketer, conducted a Question and Answer session on Twitter. The youngster is one of the most popular in the country and she was bombarded with plethora of queries from her fans. Over the last few days, a number of players have come up with such interactive sessions in order to spend their quarantine time at their residence.
The COVID-19 pandemic has sent the entire country in lockdown. In the meantime, one of her supporters asked her about the qualities her life partner should have. Earlier, she has faced questions surrounding her relationship status. And the question this time around didn’t surprise her. She didn’t get flustered either by the witty question from the fan.
The fan took to Twitter and wrote, “Which will be the criteria for your life partner?” Mandhana replied to the fan and wrote, “Number 1-He should love me Number 2-He should follow criteria number one,”

Is Smriti Mandhana single?
Last year, the 23-year-old conducted an Ask Me Anything session on her Instagram handle. One of her fans asked whether she is single or not. Replying to the same, the women prodigy wrote, “Umm…Maybe’. She followed her reply up with a thinking emoticon. The Bombay-born prodigy also named Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan as her crush ever since she was 10 years old.
As far as on-field action is concerned, Smriti was recently a part of India’s campaign in the Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia. There she didn’t have the best of outings as she could only manage 49 runs in four matches at a horrendous average of 12.25. Her top score of 17 came against Sri Lanka in Melbourne. She also missed the match against Salma Khatun’s Bangladesh due to illness.
However, despite the dry run, she remains to be one of India’s most reliable batters at the top of the order. Last year, she became the third fastest woman to notch 2,000 ODI runs when she got a fifty against the West Indies. She also has 1,1716 runs in the T20I format with 12 fifties. Mandhana has also plied her trade in the Women’s Big Bash League in Australia and Kia Super League in England.
