'So much to learn from the legend' - Yashasvi Jaiswal delighted after mentoring session with Virat Kohli

RCB were up against Rajasthan Royals in the last fixture of IPL 2021 where they registered a stunning seven wickets victory to keep their playoffs hopes alive. Though Virat Kohli and his men turned impressive on the field, Kohli’s off-field gesture of having a conversation with youngsters impressed fans a lot. He could be seen talking to the likes of Mahipal Lomror, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and other members of RR.
In the same light, young batter Jaiswal took to his IG to open up about the session and thanked the RCB skipper for his kind words. While sharing a close picture with Kohli, Jaiswal wrote that there is a lot to learn from the legend.
“Post-RCB game ritual. So much to learn from the Legend thank you so much for your kind words Bhiya inspiration for all of us,” wrote Jaiswal in his IG post.

Talking about Jaiswal, he might be seen as one of the exciting aspects for the Indian team in the coming time. He has been producing constantly with the bat for RR and even in the game against RCB, he played a vital knock of 31 runs to push his team-up.
Talking about the match between RCB and RR, Rajasthan started on a stunning note and looked keen to put something big on board. However, their story had a collapse and all they could put as a target was 149 runs. Evin Lewis’ 58 off 37 remained vital in pushing the case of pink and blue jersey.
On the other hand, RCB looked full throttle to get the game in their favour from ball one. Glenn Maxwell’s unbeaten knock of 50 runs and Srikar Bharat’s 44 became the highlight of RCB’s batting lineup. Kohli set the tone earlier with his brisk 25 off 20.
“We have come back strongly in two games back-to-back with the ball which is a great sign. In T20 cricket if you can hold nerve with the ball, it means you are heading in the right direction. We came back and dominated. 175 would have been competitive, it still was a very good wicket to bat on,” said Kohli after the game.
