' Can I Swap My Mom for your T-Shirt?' - Sam Curran enjoys an adorable fangirl moment during SA20 fixture between MI Cape Town and Sunrisers Eastern Cape

Many sportspersons over the world enjoy a massive fan following and there are some of them who also get plenty of attention from their female fans as well. While it is well known that the likes of Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, etc. have a huge female fanbase in India, even some of the cricketers abroad also enjoy this type of a fan following.

One of them happens to be England’s promising all-rounder Sam Curran. On Monday (January 16), a Sam Curran fangirl kid had placed a placard and conveyed a cute message to the cricketer saying she wants to swap her mother for getting the all-rounder’s shirt.

This adorable message was posted during the second innings of the SA20 2023 fixture between the MI Cape Town and the Sunrisers Eastern Cape that was played at the St George’s Park at Gqeberha on Monday, January 16.

While the contest was in progress, the cameras suddenly focused on two fans in the stands who happened to be a father-daughter duo. The little girl was seen holding a placard in her hand that read, “Curran Please Can I Swap My Mom for your T-Shirt?”

While both the girl as well as her dad were seen smiling, the other fans seated in that section of the stadium also expressed their happiness when this precious moment was captured live on camera.

Sam Curran is currently in the prime of his life. He was a key member of England’s T20 World Cup 2022 triumph down under where he was adjudged the Player of the Tournament registering 13 scalps to his name.

The success at the T20 World Cup helped him in bagging a lucrative IPL deal worth a staggering INR 18.5 crore from Chennai Super Kings at the IPL 2023 mini-auction last month.

The Englishman is currently representing the MI Cape Town in SA20 who have hired his services for a sum of $300,000. MI Cape Town have won their first two matches against the Paarl Royals and the Joburg Super Kings but ended up losing their third game to Sunrisers Eastern Cape.
