‘#3kaDream’ - Adidas unveils India’s jersey for ODI World Cup 2023

The ODI World Cup 2023 is right around the corner. The marquee event is all set to commence on October 5, with it being completely hosted by India for the first time. Ahead of the tournament, India’s jersey sponsor, Adidas, took to social media to unveil India’s jersey for the marquee tournament.
Releasing a promo, the clip featured many star players like Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Hardik Pandya, and many more. "1983 ignited the spark. 2011 brought glory. 2023 marks the beginning of #3KaDream," Adidas captioned the post.

It is worth noting that the branding of Dream11 will be removed from the front of India’s jersey and only the team name will be visible. There have been many other changes to the jersey as well. The three white stripes on the shoulder will be replaced by the tricolour. Furthermore, the BCCI will have two stars over it, which represents the two World Cup wins.
India take on Australia in their first game
Speaking on team India’s upcoming assignments, the side will be taking on Australia in a three-match ODI series, which is scheduled to begin on Friday, September 22. Both sides will take on each other for three matches and will hope that through the games, they will be able to better prepare themselves for the ODI World Cup 2023.
Furthermore, it is also worth noting that India and Australia kick off their World Cup campaigns by facing each other as well. Both sides will take on each other in Chennai at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on October 8.
