The duo tied the knot in the picturesque locales of Tuscany, Italy back in 2017, following a five-year courtship. Anushka took to her Instagram, sharing glimpses of their jubilant celebrations with close friends and family.

In a series of Instagram Stories, Anushka unveiled snippets of their anniversary affair, featuring the couple cutting a cake amidst the company of former Indian speedster Zaheer Khan and popular comedian Abhishek Upmanyu. The intimate gathering included other cherished members of their inner circle. Dressed in black attire the couple exuded daintiness. 

The couple, known for their privacy, had managed to keep their wedding details under wraps—a growing trend among celebrities now. Kohli had humorously revealed his inclination to disclose all details within a mere three days, had it been solely up to him. Interestingly, the cricketer admitted that he never formally proposed to Anushka, citing an unwavering mutual certainty about their destined togetherness.
