Mohammad Rizwan added yet another moment of side-splitting comedy to his portforlio during the first innings of the second ODI between Pakistan and Australia as he asked Adam Zampa whether he should challenge the on-field decision upstairs.

The fourth delivery of the 34th over saw Naseem Shah dig one in short. With Australia at 153/9, Zampa's sole intention was to fetch as many runs as he could. He went on to try and hook the short delivery, but to no avail. The delivery seemed to have passed close to his gloves on the way to Rizwan, who immediately went up with a caught-behind appeal.

While approaching Naseem and the others on his way, Rizwan hilariously asked Zampa whether he heard any sound. Zampa quipped that Rizwan is appealing for every other moment. An unexpectedly amusing moment followed when Rizwan obliged to Zampa's suggestion of taking the review.

Here's how the conversation between the two went about:

Rizwan: "You heard something?"

Zampa: "You seem to appeal for everything!"

Rizwan: "Can I take it now?"

Zampa: "Oh yeah, you should, you should take it."

Rauf fifer rips Australia

It was a splendid spell of bowling by right-arm quick, Haris Rauf, who accounted for his second five-wicket haul in ODIs. The entire batting lineup of the hosts looked helpless against Rauf who was running in with gas on every single delivery.

Four of Rauf's dismissals were caught by Rizwan. The fifth scalp Rauf secured was that of Pat Cummins, as Rizwan equalled Sarfaraz Ahmed's tally of six catches in a single ODI to become the joint record-holder for Pakistan in the 50-over format.
