BAN vs IRE: Shakib Al Hasan receives Argentina Cricket Team Shirt ahead of third T20I

Bangladesh T20I and Test captain Shakib Al Hasan received an Argentina National Cricket Team shirt ahead of the third T20I against Ireland on Friday, March 31, at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram. The shirt was gifted by Argentina men’s cricket captain, Hernan Fennell, and women’s captain, Alison Stocks, with wishes for the Bangladesh team.

Led by Shakib, Bangladesh have sealed the three-match T20I series against Ireland as they defeated them by 22 and 77 runs in the first two matches, respectively. The Bangladesh captain was seen in phenomenal form in the second T20I as his all-round performance helped his side clinch the series and he was deservedly awarded Player of the Match for scoring 38*(24) and picking 5/22 (4 overs) with the ball.

Bangladesh Cricket shared the photographs of Shakib receiving the Argentina shirt from commentator Andrew Leonard who carried it to Bangladesh.
