During the second innings of the Rajkot Test against England, youngster Sarfaraz Khan warned Yashasvi Jaiswal from taking a risky single as the latter was nearing his double century. Due to a miscommunication with Ravindra Jadeja, Sarfaraz got out to 62 runs in the first innings and didn’t want the same for Jaiswal.
While Jaiswal was batting on 199 runs, Sarafaraz was heard yelling not ‘bhagna mat pahele’ to Jaiswal, who was looking for a single to complete his second double century in international cricket. However, on the next delivery, the 22-year-old gently pushed the ball to pick up an easy single as both Jaiswal and Sarfaraz celebrated his double century. The video of the same has gone viral on social media.

Notably, both Sarfaraz and Jaiswal looked to be in phenomenal form as none of England’s plans worked against them in the second innings. Jaiswal went on to score 214* runs and Sarfaraz added 68* runs as India posted 430/4 runs in the second innings.
