'Dey football manager' - Ravichandran Ashwin makes fun of Kuldeep Yadav after his Premier League football post goes viral

Football is one of the most followed sports in the world and always remains in the limelight. While the style of playing has evolved over the years, one thing has always remained constant; the love for the game between the fans along with the cricket players. In our latest example, one of the most renowned football clubs in the English Premier League has tagged the star Indian 'left-arm Shane Warne', aka Kuldeep Yadav.

The ace spin wizard has been an ardent follower of the renowned Spanish football club FC Barcelona, along with the Premier League, and ensures to keep in touch with football and the latest happenings around it. On Sunday, Kuldeep took to his social media domain to post about the highly-anticipated clash between another Manchester-based franchise named- Manchester City and their arch-rival, Liverpool. The Indian bowler seemed excited about the exhilarating affair. However, the ace Indian off-spin wizard Ravichandran Ashwin came up with a 'doosra' to troll Kuldeep Yadav. Just like he treats the opposition's batters, Ashwin threw a surprise to Kuldeep Yadav - the ultimate football manager.

"I love this highline. Not afraid of anything," Kuldeep tweeted on his 'X' account.

"Dey Football manager," Ashwin replied back, while seemingly making fun of Kuldeep.

But the banter did not just end there. The UP-based spinner noticed Ash Anna's post and replied back saying that he would be more than willing to come up on his renowned YouTube talk show to discuss about the 'beautiful game'. Thereafter, in a positive zest, Ashwin approved his wish and also added that he was trying to learn about football just because of Kuldeep Yadav.

Kuldeep Yadav continues his sublime form with the ball against England

Meanwhile, the left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav continued to make merry with the ball and continuously nagged the England batters through the five-match Test series. Kuldeep made an impact with the ball on several occasions during the series. In his last outing in Dharamshala, Kuldeep Yadav weaved his spin magic yet again.

Notably, in the first innings of the fifth Test, Kuldeep Yadav ran through England's batting lineup and picked up a sensational five-wicket haul. Moreover, it seemed like he had chalked out a plan against the opponent skipper Ben Stokes and made life difficult for him every time he came out to bat against him. Besides, Kuldeep also picked two crucial wickets in the second innings to end England's woeful resistance in their 4-1 series defeat. He dismissed Joe Root (84 off 128) to finish off the match, ending up with figures of 2/40 in England's second innings. Recently, Kuldeep will be looking to spend some time off the field before getting back to business in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL 2024), where he represents Delhi Capitals. The coveted league is scheduled to begin on March 22, 2024.
