Pakistan's Hasan Ali, known for his fiery bowling on the cricket field, found a different way to enjoy the game during a rain break in the ongoing Test match against Sri Lanka at the Sinhalese Sports Club. A video of the fast bowler lying down on the rainwater-soaked covers has gone viral on social media, leaving fans amused.
Notably, this is not the first time Hasan Ali has been spotted having a good time on the Sri Lanka tour. In another video shared earlier, he was seen going under the covers at the Sinhalese Sports Club, showcasing his playful side even though he did not get a chance in the playing XI for the Test series.
In the 58-second clip shared on Twitter, Hasan Ali can be seen relishing the rain shower as he lies down on the covers. The video was captioned, "How can you not love this guy, Hassan Ali? Having fun in the rain..fabulous pictures 😀"

Despite not featuring in the two Test matches against Sri Lanka, Hasan made an impact during the practice match between Pakistan and SLCBP, picking three wickets in two innings along with a useful contribution of 28 with the bat.
However, luck was not on his side during the ICC World Test Championship series, as he could not break into Pakistan's playing XI. Despite the setback, he seems to be in high spirits, making the most of his time on the tour.
As for the ongoing second Test, only 10 overs of play were possible on the second day due to persistent rain. The match, which began on July 24, has already seen Sri Lanka being bowled out for 166 in their first innings. In response, Pakistan reached 178/2 in 38.3 overs before the rain interruption.
Pakistan currently lead the two-match series 1-0, and the second Test's outcome will determine whether they can clinch the series or if Sri Lanka can level the scores. While Hasan Ali's cricketing skills remain untested in this series, his lighthearted rain escapades have certainly brought a smile to the faces of cricket enthusiasts worldwide.
