Ahead of his 100th Test appearance, England fans made a snowman in honor of Jonny Bairstow. The renowned wicketkeeper-batter is set to play his 100th game in the game's longest format during the fifth and final Test against India on Thursday, March 7th, at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala. The 34-year-old will become the 17th England player to achieve the milestone of 100 Test appearances for his country. Notably, alongside him, India's seasoned off-spinner, Ravichandran Ashwin, will also mark his 100th Test match in the series finale.
The Barmy Army, England's official fanbase, posted a video on their social media account showcasing a group of England supporters constructing a snowman in the scenic Dharamshala of Himachal Pradesh. In the video circulating on social media, the fans can be seen putting in considerable effort and time to craft a snowman from the snow. Using a steel utensil, they made the body and ingeniously used straws to form the snowman's arms. Demonstrating their creativity, they adorned the snowman with the England's Test jersey.
"These lads in Dharamshala have built Jonny Bairstow in snowman form to commemorate his 100th test," England's Barmy Army captioned the post.

England backs Bairstow amidst recent poor form
Despite enduring a challenging series against India, Bairstow retains the trust of England's selectors as he earns a spot in the final game's playing XI. With a modest tally of 170 runs at an average of 21.25 and a strike rate of 70.53 across eight innings, Bairstow's form has been under scrutiny, lacking any fifty-plus scores.
Nevertheless, the 34-year-old aims to capitalize on this significant match, and make his milestone Test memorable, delivering a standout performance. With India already securing a 3-1 lead in the series, both teams seek to conclude the series on a positive note.
