India quick Jasprit Bumrah dedicated his landmark spell on Day 2 of the second Test against England in Visakhapatnam to his five-month-old son Angad. The 30-year-old finished with outstanding figures of 6/45 in England's first innings as India bundled out the tourists by 253. Nevertheless, Jonny Bairstow attempted to steady the innings, but Bumrah dismissed him for 25 before Kuldeep Yadav sent back Ben Foakes and Rehan Ahmed to the pavilion. The 30-year-old continued to showcase his prowess and removed Ben Stokes, James Anderson, and Tom Hartley, respectively, to help his side take a convincing 143-run lead against England.
"So, if you want to dedicate it, there's no better feeling than you know. My son is travelling with me. This is his first tour. I'm more excited to go and see him now, So yeah, I will dedicate this to him," Bumrah was heard saying in a video shared by BCCI.

Bumrah becomes the fastest Indian pacer to 150 wickets in Tests
Jasprit Bumrah etched his name in record books, becoming the fastest Indian fast bowler to claim 150 wickets in Test cricket, achieving the milestone in just 34 games. The 30-year-old bowled a stunning full-length delivery to Ben Stokes and the England skipper became his 150th victim. In particular, his 100th Test wicket also came against the English side when he dismissed OIlie Pope in 2021.
โIt felt great at that moment, but I do not want to look at numbers. If the team wins, then the performance matters. At the end of the day, if you contribute to the teamโs success, there is no better feeling," he said of his performance.
