In the 29th match of the ongoing IPL, MS Dhoni once again proved that age is just a number for him. The former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain reminded everyone of his finishing skills in the game against Mumbai Indians (MI) at Wankhede Stadium on Sunday, April 14.

Dhoni came to bat in the final over of the first innings and smashed 20 runs off just four balls off Hardik Pandya's bowling, including three gigantic sixes. However, the sight of Dhoni limping after the game raised concerns among his fans. Several videos soon surfaced on social media showing the former India captain walking with discomfort, with an ice pack tied around his left foot. But in the middle of all the worries over Dhoni's fitness, a heartwarming clip captured the attention of millions of fans.

The video showed former CSK all-rounder Suresh Raina, giving Dhoni a helping hand as the latter limps while boarding the team bus after the match. The clip has won a million hearts and refreshed the memories of the strong bond between Dhoni and Raina.

The two cricketers shared a great camaraderie during their playing days, and fans equally admire their off-field friendship. This latest video of Raina assisting Dhoni shows their bond, even after Raina has retired from the game.

Don’t even think we know to what extent he may or may not be in pain: Eric Simmons

CSK bowling coach Eric Simmons replied when asked about Dhoni's fitness in the post-match press conference. “But the other thing is that everyone else is just more interested in his injuries than he is. He is one of the hardest men that I have ever come across. I don’t even think we know to what extent he may or may not be in pain. He just carries on and does his stuff and is just an amazing bat,” Simons said earlier.
