With the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) looming on the horizon, many fans are waiting to see their favourite franchises in action once more, and at the top of the list would be the Rishabh Pant-led Delhi Capitals.

Ahead of the new season of the tournament, Delhi Capitals (DC) took to their social media to reveal their new jersey ahead of the new season. Featuring the classic red and blue colours, the jersey looks to have a thunder-like pattern with a roaring tiger emblem in one corner.

“Opening the Windows of New Opportunities, we welcome DC Men’s Team's new Title Partner @HeroFinCorpLtd,” Capitals captioned the post on their 'X' handle.

Delhi Capitals aim to go all the way in IPL 2024

Speaking of the side’s upcoming assignments, Delhi Capitals will be gearing up to participate in the upcoming season of the IPL 2024. The 17th edition of the tournament is all set to kick off on March 22 and will see Delhi Capitals aiming to put in their best efforts to go all the way.

Furthermore, the side will receive a big boost as star batter Rishabh Pant will be returning to the squad as their skipper. Capitals played without the services of Pant in 2023 as the star batter was involved in a life threatening car accident in December 2022 and has been out of contention for playing ever since.

However, with Pant’s return to the side as their skipper, Delhi Capitals will aim to put their best foot forward in the IPL 2024. It is worth noting that the side will kick off their season by facing Punjab Kings in the second game of the tournament. Both sides will take centre stage at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, on March 23.
