Rajasthan Royals won a last-ball thriller against Kolkata Knight Riders on Tuesday. Yashasi Jaiswal looked in great touch but had to depart after he nicked one off Vaibhav Arora. The innings showed a glimpse of vintage Jaiswal who has been grappling with form in the latest edition. While his team ended on a winning tone he had other reasons to smile as well.

The reason is none other than Shah Rukh Khan. The KKR owner is the driving force behind the brand value of the franchise. He grabs the limelight away from players when he is spotted in the stands. Among his several fans, young Jaiswal counts himself as one. After the game, he was seen asking his KKR mates to make him meet Shah Rukh Khan. His wish came true as the King of Bollywood obliged him with a warm hug.

Here’s the video of Yashasvi meeting Shah Rukh Khan:

RR emerge victorious on the final ball against KKR

On the back of Sunil Narine’s ruthless ton, KKR posted a mammoth target of 223 runs for RR to chase. During the chase, RR fumbled and lost their wickets in quick succession. Rovman Powell took Narine head-on and hit a boundary and two sixes at death. But it was Jos Buttler who single-handedly took his team home as he scored 107 off 60. Kolkata captain Shreyas Iyer looked dejected and his emotions were palpable at the post-match presentation

"Bitter pill to swallow, emotions were a roller-coaster. I didn't think this is the situation we'd get into. It's a funny game, (Rovman) was striking well. Hard to explain what happened, have to take it on the chin and move on. At this point, you have to see to it that you bowl your best deliveries, a little miss here and there, and you're sent out of the ground. Glad it happened here and not in the latter half of the tournament," Iyer said.
