Kuldeep Yadav resumed bowling in the nets as he prepares for a comeback to the Indian team ahead of the all-important white-ball season. India's upcoming assignment is a five-match T20I series against England, which will be followed by three ODIs. While the squad for the T20I series has already been announced, Kuldeep will want to return to the ODI setup, especially with the Champions Trophy 2025, starting next month.

The experienced left-arm wrist spinner took to his official Instagram handle and uploaded a video where he can be seen bowling in the nets during a practice session. Kuldeep Yadav wasn't a part of the Indian side for their recent tour of Australia as he was referred to the BCCI Centre of Excellence after the end of the Test series at home against New Zealand for a long-term resolution of his chronic left groin issue.

His last appearance for the national team was against New Zealand in the first Test in October. The 30-year-old picked up three wickets in that clash but ended up on the losing side. Kuldeep has played 13 Tests, 106 ODIs, and 40 T20Is so far in his international career. He has picked up 56, 172, and 69 wickets in the three formats, respectively.

The five-match T20I series against England will get underway on January 22. Kuldeep hasn't been picked in the side. The ODI series will commence on February 6 in Nagpur. Cuttack and Ahmedabad will host the final two ODIs.
