Jadeja etches his name into the history books after a thrilling finale

The all-rounder's wife, Rivaba Jadeja, who is a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly, was also present at the venue to witness one of the greatest finals in the history of the completion. She lifted the trophy along with her husband in the dressing room, posing for a pic with the beloved MS Dhoni.

Dhoni's side were in a spot of bother when Jadeja walked in at the crease and it felt that the match had slipped from Chennai's grasp when they needed ten runs off the final two deliveries. However, the champion all-rounder had other ideas as he dispatched veteran Indian pacer Mohit Sharma for a six down the ground to keep their hopes alive.
