MS Dhoni's debut production titled 'Let's Get Married' announces cast

Former India cricketer and captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is all set to embark on his new venture - film production, and news comes that his debut production film is all ready to get on floors for shooting from January 27, 2023.

The name of Dhoni's production film has also been released - "Let's Get Married". Not Dhoni alone, in order to contribute mainly with his production is his wife Sakshi, who has written the main concept of the whole film. This will be Dhoni's first produced film in the Tamil industry.

Film cast and crew names to be declared on January 27, 2023, 12 noon

Reports earlier suggested that the enitre cast and crew of Dhoni's "Let's Get Married", or LGM, will be announced on January 27 at 12 noon. However, a bit of the upper crust from the movie's details have been released to intrigue the fans. Actor Harish Kalyan will be playing the male lead and Ivana of Love Today fame has been roped in to play the female lead in the romantic entertainer, which will be directed by Ramesh Thamilmani. The shooting of the movie will go on floors with a pooja on East Coast Road in Chennai.

Dhoni Entertainment is starting off its production with a small-budget film. Harish Kalyan made a name for himself with the hit film "Pyaar Prema Kadhal", while Ivana had a blockbuster hit with actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan's "Love Today". Both these young actors are doing well in their careers and the Dhoni film will be another feather in their cap. This will be director Ramesh Thamilmani’s debut film and he seemed to be thrilled to be associated with Dhoni. He had tweeted the common poster regarding the film’s announcement on January 26.

A small teaser of the upcoming film was posted by Dhoni's production house through their official handle on Twitter.
