Pakistan are loaded with pace bowling options at the moment and arguably, they had the best fast bowling attack in the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. The likes of Haris Rauf, Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Wasim, all can clock speeds above 140 Kmph consistently and it is a fantastic luxury to have.

Speaking about Naseem Shah, his emergence as a white-ball bowler has witnessed massive development and he had a fantastic Asia Cup 2022. The youngster carried his impressive performance into the T20 World Cup 2022 and bowled some fiery spells.

Pakistan's fiery pace attack has always given them an edge over oppositions and now, Naseem’s brother has made his entry into Pakistan First-Class cricket.

18-year-old Hunain Shah plays for the Central Punjab Province and recently picked up his maiden wicket in the ongoing Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. The Pakistan Cricket Board shared a video of him dismissing Balochistan’s Bilawal Iqbal on a bouncer which did not climb up enough, took the glove of the batter and ended up as an easy catch in the slip cordon.

Here’s the video shared by PCB on Twitter:

Hunain is still quite young and is expected to take giant leaps in the near future given his ability to bowl at good speed. However, he finished with expensive figures in the game, pace has always had a different value.

Meanwhile, Pakistan finished as runners-up in the T20 World Cup 2022 after losing to England and they did put up a strong fight despite posting a relatively low total on the board (137/8). Naseem bowled an extraordinary spell to beat the bat of England skipper Jos Buttler on many occasions and was unlucky not to get a wicket in the final. He is expected to be in action next in the home series against England.
