Siraj seals the deal away from home for RCB
Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli got RCB off to a sensational start on a surface that was slightly on the slower side. The duo added 137 for the first wicket before Virat Kohli was sent packing by Jitesh's brilliance. Maxwell endured a rare failure in this edition as he was dismissed for a golden duck. RCB eventually scored 174/4 in their 20 overs which seemed to be above par with regard to how the surface behaved.
Mohammed Siraj has been an absolute delight to watch with the new ball in recent times, and the same was on show in Mohali.
