In the same vein, Team India's official sponsor, Adidas, collaborated with the 37-year-old who's led the Indians to 41 victories in 54 games since 2017, with a spellbinding edit on Instagram in which Rohit could be seen posing from different angles while donning the stunning jersey. Towards the final few moments of the video, Rohit could be seen displacing to an outdoor setting, a familiar venue for him, the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, where he was seen gloving up to play his trademark pull-shot to end the video, in the background of which people could be heard chanting the hypnotic "India-India" slogan.
The official jersey features tricoloured stripes on the V-shaped neck, with the bulk of the sleeves adorned in orange, showcasing the signature Adidas stripes. The circumferential part of the sleeve bases is embossed in a deep blue hue, while the body of the T-shirt boasts a captivating interplay of blue and orange colours. Positioned adjacent to the Adidas symbol is the crest of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.
With most of their shortlisted members being in superlative form, India surely seem one of the favourites to go all the way in the upcoming ICC event, which'll be co-hosted by the West Indies and the USA in June, 2024.
