Star India wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson has been in the limelight yet again, albeit, for a non-cricketing yet special reason. Samson who recently slammed a terrific century for the Men in Blue is also renowned for his quirky humorous persona as well. For the unversed, today, October 19, happens to be the birthday of Charulatha Remesh, who is the better half aka the wife of Samson.

In the same vein, the Kerala-based cricketer took to his social media to benevolently wish her on her special day but with a cricketing twist. In what was a heart-melting yet meaningful and funny post, Samson showed his appreciation for Charulatha being there in his ups and downs constantly on the rollercoaster journey of life. Notably, Rajasthan Royals' Captain, while captioning his post gave a subtle IPL (Indian Premier League) touch. Consequently, this left the fans in awe and in splits at the same time.

"Happy Birthday to My Beautiful Impact Player," Samson wrote on his Instagram handle.
