Team India's jersey gets revealed by Rohit Sharma for T20 World Cup 2024

Within a week of the release of Team India's provisional 15-member squad for the forthcoming T20 World Cup 2024, the jersey they'll be donning at the signature event was unveiled.
Just a day after there were wholesale speculations regarding a leaked jersey on social media platforms being India's official T20 jersey, it was finally disclosed the following day, with the speculations of netizens being ratified as an accurate theory.
In a video posted by the official sponsor of the Indian Cricket Team, Adidas, on their X handle, the official jersey showcased tricoloured stripes on the V-shaped neck, the bulk of the sleeves featuring the signature Adidas stripes being orange, the circumferential part of the base of the sleeves being embossed in deep blue colour, and a dazzling interplay of blue and orange colours on the T-shirt's body, where the crest of the Board of Control for Cricket in India is located adjacent to the symbol of Adidas.

For all the die-hard Indian supporters around the world, there was absolutely no need to wait anymore as fans can get their hands on the new elegant and trendy Indian jersey as it will be made available for sale in physical outlets and Adidas' official website from May 7, 10 am IST.

India is placed in Group A along with first-timers Canada and the the co-host USA, Ireland, and arch-rivals Pakistan. All of India's first three games will be played in New York, with their final group-stage fixture to be played in Florida.
