Twitter Reactions: Disciplined Paarl Royals defeat Pretoria Capitals comprehensively in SA20

Andile Phehlukwayo delivered an exceptional performance, leading the Paarl Royals to a convincing 27-run win over the Pretoria Capitals in the third match of the ongoing SA T20 match held at Boland Park in Paarl on Friday.

The Royals batted first against the Capitals' bowling attack and posted a formidable total of 160-7 in their allotted 20 overs. Captain David Miller played a crucial role, scoring 41 runs with four fours, while Phehlukwayo and Mitchell Van Buuren contributed 28 runs each. For the Capitals, Daryn Dupavillon and Corbin Bosch each claimed two wickets, while Eathan Bosch, James Neesham, and Will Jacks secured one wicket each.

In response, the Capitals faced a challenging task and were restricted to 133-7 in their 20 overs. Phil Salt top-scored for the team with 39 runs, while Rilee Rossouw and Captain James Neesham added 29 and 21 runs, respectively which were not enough for their team to chase the target. 

Phehlukwayo showcased his all-round skills, taking 2-29 from his four overs, while West Indian bowler Obed McCoy also impressed with figures of 1-26.
