Star India wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson is already showcasing the shades of the legendary MS Dhoni in terms of DRS (Decision Review System) with his stunning lightning-fast glovework behind the stumps. Notably, during the third T20I against England, the visitors were put in to bat first once again.

At one stage, England were looking set for a mammoth score on the board, but Samson's exemplary wicketkeeping and reflexes got Team India back into the match. Notably, the incident took place in the ninth over of the first innings. The mystery spinner, Varun Chakravarthy, was the wrecker-in-chief once again, as he got the important breakthrough of the England Captain, Jos Buttler.

But his wicket did not come without Samson's quick thinking and confident DRS appeal. Chakravarthy pitched one on the off stump which was a length delivery. This forced Buttler to go for an unorthodox approach by reverse sweeping, only to miscue the shot. As a result, this led to an edge, to which Samson reacted in a flash and caught hold of the catch. While the rest of the players along with the umpire were not sure whether Buttler had edged the ball, Samson took Skipper Suryakumar Yadav into confidence and went upstairs towards the third umpire.

As evident from the replays, the Kerala-based wicketkeeper-batter turned out to be the mastermind of Buttler's dismissal as the verdict of his DRS call, came out in the favour of Team India. This eventually triggered another England collapse after Buttler's departure.

Only Duckett scored a half-century for the England camp. While the rest of the team failed to get going as Chakravarthy yet again proved too good for the Three Lions. Consequently, the wily spinner ended up claiming his second five-wicket haul of his T20I career.

England claim dominant win against India as Varun's fifer goes in vain

Not just that, Chakravarthy's feat tonight meant that he became the first Indian bowler to have at least 10 dismissals to his name in a T20I bilateral series against England. Courtesy of his magnificent bowling spell, England were restricted to 171/9 on the board. In reply, India kept losing wickets at regular intervals and lost the match by 26 runs in Rajkot.
