Virat Kohli shares motivational quote by late actor Irrfan Khan on his Instagram story
Kohli also shared another motivating story by Hollywood actor Tom Hanks on his IG story.
Virat Kohli was last seen in action during the away bilateral series against Bangladesh last month. While he could not make an impact in the Tests, he made a statement in the third One Day International at Chattogram by registering his 44th century in the format and 72nd in international cricket.
While he was given a break from the just-concluded home T20I series against Sri Lanka, Kohli will be back in action for the three One Day Internationals starting Tuesday, January 10.
As the batting megastar gears up to make an impact for the first time in 2023, he has come up with an inspirational Instagram story which has left the fans guessing.
Virat Kohli conveying some kind of messages on his Insta story
In his recent Instagram stories, Virat Kohli has quoted two of the finest actors in global cinema- late Irrfan Khan and Tom Hanks.
"Wanting fame is a disease and one day I will want to be free from this disease, from this desire. Where fame doesn't matter. Where just experiencing life and being okay is enough," Kohli shared on his Instagram story quoting the late Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan.
On next story, the veteran batter posted a motivational video featuring Hollywood actor Tom Hanks where he can be heard giving spiritual lessons about life.
"I wish I had known 'this too shall pass'. You feel bad right now? You feel pissed off? You feel angry? This too shall pass. You feel great. You feel like, you know all the answers. You feel like everybody finally gets you," Tom Hanks said.
Kohli will next be seen in the ODI series against Sri Lanka. The first ODI between India and Sri Lanka will be played at the Barasapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati while the last two games will be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata and the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram on the 12th and 15th January respectively.
