The commentator labelled Kohli as "the wonderful Indian cricketer" and mentioned that Kohli was a former skipper of the Indian side. He also highlighted that the 35-year-old was undeniably a significant inspiration for quite a lot of sportspeople in India.
Speaking of the game, it was Nitesh who prevailed by winning the game against his British counterpart. A nail-biting third set which ended 23-21 in Nitesh's favour saw India winning their third gold medal at the ongoing 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
Kohli recently was an integral component of the T20 World Cup 2024 squad and emerged as the Player of the Match for his splendid 59-ball 76-run knock. The memorable triumph was Kohli's third ICC title, having already won the 50-over World Cup in 2011 and the Champions Trophy in 2013.
Under Kohli's captaincy, India won 137 out of 213 games, with one game getting tied, 11 being drawn, and four matches being washed out. There were a plethora of memorable moments under Kohli's captaincy which saw the team transition into an elite powerhouse.
