In a surprising mix-up before match four of the Champions Trophy 2025, the Indian National Anthem was mistakenly played instead of Australia's ahead of their highly anticipated clash against England. The unexpected blunder left players, officials and fans momentarily puzzled before the correct anthem was eventually played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore Pakistan. 

The incident quickly went viral, sparking reactions across social media. The mix-up occurred during the pre-match formalities, as players lined up for their respective anthems. Australian cricketers were visibly confused and the fans also were startled. The error was soon rectified and despite the hilarious moment, both teams maintained their focus as they headed into the match with full intensity and focus to win their first match of the tournament.

The breakthrough set the tone for Australia's disciplined bowling attack as they looked to capitalize on their momentum early. 

Despite the early setback, England remained determined matching Australia's energy as they aim to build a solid total. With both teams bringing their A-game to the contest, at the time of writing England after 3.4 overs are at 31 with the loss of one wicket.
