Indian skipper Rohit Sharma’s well-known forgetfulness once again became a talking point as the team arrived in Dubai for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 on Saturday, February 15. Known for his absent-minded moments, Rohit was seen engaging in banter with the support staff, indicating yet another instance of forgetfulness.
Rohit’s tendency to forget things is no secret. Over the years, the star batter has misplaced passports, iPads, and even forgotten the coin at the toss. His teammates have often made fun of this habit. Several former and current players have shared instances of the opener's forgetful nature.
Meanwhile, a video shows the Indian team landing in Dubai for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 and the 37-year-old was seen stepping off the team bus and conversing with the support staff. He appeared to signal that he might have forgotten something behind.

Meanwhile, the Men in Blue arrived in Dubai in multiple batches. The group included Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, head coach Gautam Gambhir, and Hardik Pandya, among others.
Other players who have reached Dubai include Ravindra Jadeja, Shubman Gill, KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, and Arshdeep Singh. Alongside them, assistant coaches Ryan ten Doeschate, Morne Morkel, Abhishek Nayar, and fielding coach T. Dilip have also joined the contingent.
The former champions will kick off their campaign against Bangladesh on February 20 in Dubai. They will follow it up with a highly awaited clash against Pakistan on February 23, before they wrap up their league stage with a match against New Zealand on March 2.
