The 43rd match is currently underway between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the iconic (Chepauk) MA Chidambaram Stadium. The SRH skipper, Pat Cummins, won the toss and elected to field first. SRH brought in Kamindu Mendis and Mohammed Shami into the XI, and CSK took in Dewald Brevis, Deepak Hooda and Sam Curran to strengthen their playing XI.
With CSK put to bat, SRH bowlers were picking up wickets at regular intervals. The 10th over of the match was bowled by Kamindu Mendis to Ravindra Jadeja. In the third ball of the over, the spinner bowled a slider, and the ball slid on and kept low to the batter. The left-hander looked to hit it on the leg-side on the back foot but ended up missing it. The low ball skids and knocks over the stumps of Jadeja.
