[Watch] IPL 2025: Kuldeep Yadav flattens Ryan Rickelton's middle stump with ripping googly
The left-arm wrist-spinner struck in his first over of the game.
A vicious googly by Kuldeep Yadav led to Ryan Rickelton completely getting outfoxed during Match 29 of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League between Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Sunday, April 13. Kuldeep's surreal dominance against left-handed batters continued as he scalped the dangerous-looking Rickelton with a truly magnificent ball.
The delivery, which was tossed up around the off stump, dipped on a good length. Rickelton, batting on 41, attempted a cut. However, he didn't account for the googly, which ended up jagging in sharply to take down the middle stump of the batter. Kuldeep was understandably overjoyed with the wicket and went off on a mini run with arms spread.

Rickelton's 41 (25) comprised five fours and two sixes. He looked all set for a big one after securing the start, which he ended up getting. Notably, this knock was the second-highest score by Rickelton during IPL 2025. He had remained unbeaten on 62 off 41 deliveries in MI's only win of the ongoing tournament (against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium) so far.
