Suryakumar Yadav muscled Ravi Bishnoi for a crunching six during the ongoing game between Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants at the Wankhede Stadium on Sunday, April 27. The shot by Suryakumar in the 13th over of the first innings was his second six of the innings.
Suryakumar read Bishnoi's googly early and the dynamic batter cleared his front leg to hammer the ball in the stands in the deep midwicket region. He struck a couple of boundaries in the same over.

3Suryakumar ended up scoring 54. His 28-ball knock comprised four fours and as many sixes. Ryan Rickelton top-scored for MI with 58 (32) to his name. MI put up 215/7 on the board after their 20-over quota. Earlier in the day, the hosts were slotted in to bat first by LSG.
Bishnoi ended up with figures of 1/41 in four overs. Mayank Yadav and Avesh Khan picked up a couple of wickets for LSG. Prince Yadav and Digvesh Rathi contributed to the wickets column too, however, none of the bowlers could contain the MI batters.

Both MI and LSG are coming into this game with five wins in nine games. The winner of this fixture will further establish their position on the points table, with IPL 2025 already having entered its second half. With the race to the playoffs growing more intense, it will be intriguing to see which of the two sides get the better of the other.
