Ace Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah stumped the netizens by mimicking the legendary off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin's bowling action to perfection. The hilarious incident happened in Newlands during the net session ahead of the second Test. Since then, Bumrah whose video was captured while doing the act has stormed the social media world.
Moreover, the fans were in awe of Bumrah as not only did he copy his action but also displayed Ashwin's expression which he usually portrays after he finishes his bowling follow-up, without breaking a sweat. Notably, the final Test of the series is slated to be played on Wednesday, January 3, in Cape Town. After facing a massive defeat by an innings and now with the series at stake, Team India are sweating it out hard by having intense net sessions in a bid to win the final Test for a series equalizer.
Meanwhile, speaking of the conditions and the pitch up for offer, recently, an image of the track surfaced over the internet. As per that image, there was plenty of grass covering which hinted it could assist the pacers and may play to the advantage of the hosts, South Africa. However, ahead of the match, Team India skipper pointed out three key things which his side may have to deal with in the days ahead to come.

Team India yet to win a Test in Capetown, Rohit Sharma looking to break the jinx
While talking about the pitch, skipper Rohit Sharma opined that even though currently the pitch had a lot of grass, it may get trimmed before the game which would mean that both the teams will have even chances. Interestingly enough, in another aspect, the Mumbaikar had missed out on playing in South Africa the last time but as some of the players had played at Newlands in the last tour, informed the skipper that the conditions were similar to what they had faced the last time.
Last but not least, Rohit Sharma also pointed out that it was cloudy in the last venue, while at Newlands the temperature was on the higher side and it was quite hot during Team India's net practice. Hence, there will not be as much assistance as bowlers enjoyed in the first Test of the ongoing series. Furthermore, Rohit Sharma backed his young players in the form of Yashasvi Jaiswal and other youngsters in the team and hoped for a better showing in a bid to level the series. He admitted that the conditions still will be challenging and it will not be easy for the opener to play freely. But he still hoped that the likes of Jaiswal would adapt to the bouncy track and get some crucial runs for India in Cape Town.
