A touching moment involving English white-ball skipper, Jos Buttler, is doing the rounds on social media. Buttler was spotted in a wholesome interaction with Indian wheelchair cricketer, Dharamveer Pal. The wicketkeeper-batter was snapped going out of the way to take along one of his bats to Dharamveer in order to get his autograph. 

Apart from his cricketing prowess, Dharamveer is also a well-known cricket supporter who frequently attends matches in India. He was noticeably delighted throughout the conversation. The incredible gesture is winning hearts on the cyber realm, with the cricket fraternity complimenting Buttler's humility. This particular moment also testifies the growing popularity and diversification of the sport, showcasing the unifying power of cricket beyond the boundaries on the field.

England are set to compete in five T20Is followed by three ODIs, in a white-ball tour scheduled to commence on Wednesday, January 22. As for both the sides, the eight games serve as their final preparation ahead of the ninth installment of the coveted Champions Trophy. In a recent press conference, it was noted by head coach of the visitors, Brendon McCullum, that Buttler would not be keeping throughout the series.

Speaking of India, they are coming into the bilateral series on the back of disappointing results against New Zealand and Australia in the Test arena. The entire unit would be expected to fire and perform optimally as the hosts gear up for the 50-over tournament to be played in similar subcontinental conditions in February and March. It is worth noting that India and England are in separate groups in the Champions Trophy.

In the same press conference as mentioned above, Buttler was effusive of his team members. He complimented almost all his bowlers' abilities to be highly skilled professionals with the bat.
