Watch: Kedar Jadhav left perplexed by Shane Warne-like turn in LLC 2024, video goes viral
38-year-old Shivakant Shukla had the skipper of Southern Super Stars beaten all ends up.
The 2024 edition of Legends League Cricket continues to produce iconic moments as Match 19 between Toyam Hyderabad and Southern Super Stars had another one which left spectators stunned.
Having won the toss and opting to bat first, Kedar Jadhav, the skipper of the Super Stars, was batting on 15 when a ripper of a delivery from Allahabad-born top-order batter, Shivakant Shukla, cleaned him up. The right-arm off-spinner landed the delivery on a short-of-a-length channel way outside the off-stump. Normally, that sort of a delivery would be expected to be played off the back-foot with a punch or cut. However, the ball deviated wickedly off the track and made its way in to hit the off-stump, beating Jadhav's bat.
Jadhav and the wicket-keeper of the opposition, Jaskaran Malhotra's reaction summed up the bizarre flow of events. Both of them pointed to the spot from which the ball spun deviously.
