As the Border-Gavaskar Trophy caravan moves towards its second encounter, Rohit Sharma-led Team India arrived in Adelaide ahead of the Pink-Ball Test match scheduled to begin on December 6. The team is riding high on the momentum of their brilliant 295-run victory in the series opener at Perth.

The side also played a warm-up game after the first Test against the Prime Minister's XI and won it by six wickets. Interestingly, captain Rohit will rejoin the squad for the Adelaide Test after missing the first Test due to the birth of his second child.

Meanwhile, in a recent BCCI video that showed the team's relaxed moments during travel from Canberra to Perth. In the video, all-rounder Washington Sundar was seen trying a hat at a shop, with Sarfaraz Khan comparing him to the iconic Bollywood villain Mogambo. Sundar who asked Sarfaraz for his review of his new look got good feedback with R Ashwin also applauding the new accessory on the spinner.

The opening partnership between Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul, who created history with a 201-run stand in the first Test, has been a talking point. With Rohit's return, the team management has the task of managing batting positions.
