Celebrations abounded on the streets of Mumbai since the afternoon of July 4, 2024, eagerly awaiting the Indian team's open-top bus parade. A multitude of people passionately chanted the team's name, capturing photographs and videos of the players on the upper deck of the bus as it slowly traversed through Marine Drive, creating an extraordinary spectacle.

However, if you assumed that the celebrations had concluded or waned after four days since India's historic victory in the T20 World Cup 2024 final against South Africa, you would be mistaken. There was no sign of such abatement, as the fervent Mumbai crowd enthusiastically welcomed the Indian team at the airport and from the Queen's Necklace to the Wankhede Stadium, their final destination for the night.

At a venue where India secured their second 50-over World Cup after a 28-year wait on that memorable night of April 2, 2011, the atmosphere remained equally passionate, energetic, and vibrant 13 years later at the Wankhede Stadium. The stadium was abuzz with excitement, and entry was granted free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis, adding to the fervour of the occasion. What added to its significance was the presence of three stalwarts of Indian cricket for the time being - local hero and team captain, Rohit Sharma, star batter Virat Kohli, and dynamic all-rounder Hardik Pandya.

It wasn't just a casual gathering; they were observed passionately dancing to vibrant and lively music in front of the packed Divecha Pavilion stand. The scene was closely monitored by a considerable security detail while enthusiastic spectators looked on with absolute delight and excitement at the spirited display of dance by all three players.

The vehemence of the moment was heightened as the Indian team enthusiastically joined in, showcasing their dance moves with intensified passion and zeal to the tune of Chak De India, a song deeply cherished by every Indian for its stirring lyrics that evoke national pride and energy in the purest sense of the devotion.
