Famous Indian singer and music producer, Honey Singh, recently revealed his favourite cricketers during his performance in Kolkata as a part of his final gig of the 'Millionaire' India Tour on Saturday, April 5. He brought to light to the audience that he has been an ardent supporter of Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni from the cricket fraternity.

He shared that the his most favourite cricketer of all time is Tendulkar. "Mai sabse tagda fan agar cricket mai hua hu toh woh Tendulkar Sir ka hua hu (If I have ever been a stronges fan of anyone in cricket, it has been of Sachin Tendulkar Sir)," he said. 

The 42-year-old then proceeded to adress the audience that he became a huge admirer of Dhoni after he met him for the first time. Honey Singh opened up on Dhoni being one of the most unique persons he had ever come across. He also went onto express how profound the former Indian wicketkeeper-batter was in terms of his personality. 

"Personally jab mai mila toh mai khatarnak fan ho gaya Dhoni paaji ka. Uske jaisa insaan maine apne zindagi mein nahin dekha. Samandar hai woh samandar (When I personally met Dhoni, I became his die hard fan. I have never seen anyone like him in my life. He is an ocean)," Honey Singh said.

The legendary stalwarts of the game are currently involved in IPL 2025. While Tendulkar serves as the mentor of Mumbai Indians, Dhoni is a part of the Chennai Super Kings setup as a player. This is Dhoni's 18th consecutive edition of playing in the IPL while Tendulkar's last season in the marquee T20 tournament was in 2013.

Honey Singh's concert at the Aquatica Ground was attended by six Kolkata Knigt Riders players - Venkatesh Iyer, Rinku Singh, Harshit Rana, Vaibhav Arora, Manish Pandey, and Anukul Roy. The bunch were snapped grooving to the prominent performer's songs and beats. Notably, the concert was a couple of days after Kolkata Knight Riders claimed an 80-run victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
