Star India cricketer Virat Kohli was recently captured alongside his wife Anushka Sharma as the couple stepped away from their daily lives and attended the Kirtan, a divine prayer night, by Krishna Das at Nesco in Mumbai on Sunday, October 20.

The kirtan could prove to be an escape for Virat Kohli after team India suffered a first Test defeat against New Zealand. Both sides locked horns in the first Test of the ongoing three-game series at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, where New Zealand defeated India by eight wickets.

As for the Kirtan event, Virat and Anushka were captured occupying the front row during the event, and the organisers of the event even shared pictures of the couple immersed with the crowd.

"Virat and Anushka joined us at Krishna Das Live in Mumbai today, seeking blessings and connecting with the serene atmosphere. Their presence added to the collective devotion, making the gathering even more special,” wrote the organizers in a post on Instagram.

It is also worth noting that their presence at the Krishna Das kirtan was not their first. The couple was captured attending a similar event in London in July 2024.
