Babar Azam-led team Pakistan succumbed to yet another loss in the second Test match against England by 26 runs at the Multan Cricket Stadium. Following the loss, Pakistan handed a series win to the Three Lions 2-0 in the three-match Test series.
However, during the course of the red-ball contest, two Pakistan fans were seen holding placards which was a rather brilliant message for flamboyant India batter, Virat Kohli. Both fans requested the former India skipper to come to Pakistan for Asia Cup next year and they also claimed that the fans would love him more than Babar Azam.

"Hi! King Kohli come and play Asia Cup. We will love you more than our king Babar (Azam),” read the two placards by the fans present in the Stadium.
This comes after BCCI secretary Jay Shah stated that the Asia Cup 2023, which was initially scheduled to be held in Pakistan, could be held at a neutral venue. Following the remarks, PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja has been very much vocal even threatening to pull out of the World Cup in India next year. Moreover, he has also stated that the Men in Green will not play Asia Cup if the tournament is moved out of Pakistan.
We won the rights fair and square: Ramiz Raja
The long saga between the two boards over the venue of the events has created a ruckus, Furthermore, the response from PCB chief Ramiz Raja has been clear that the nation could boycott the 2023 ODI World Cup if the hosting rights for the Asia Cup is taken away from them.
"It is not as if we do not have hosting rights and we are pleading for it. We won the rights fair and square. If India does not come, they would not come. If the Asia Cup gets taken away from Pakistan, maybe we are the ones that pull out,” told Ramiz in response to the statements made by BCCI earlier.
While nothing concrete has transpired in the events of the two boards exchanging their stance, it remains to be seen what decision will be made over the hosting rights and whether the Asia Cup 2023 will be held at a neutral venue.
